Customer Success Manager B2B Events (m/f/d)

At Converve, service isn't an add-on, it's the reason organizers have stayed with us for 25 years: every event gets a dedicated contact, from the first configuration to live support on event day. That's exactly the role you'll take on.

You work with trade fair companies, tourism associations, chambers and conference teams across Europe, and make sure their matchmaking not only runs technically, but produces measurably good conversations.

What you'll do with us

  • You guide your customers through the entire project: kickoff, platform setup, test run, go-live and the evaluation afterwards.
  • You configure the event website, attendee profiles and matching rules in the platform, and advise on which logic fits the event format.
  • You train organizer teams and equip them to steer the platform themselves.
  • You're there live during the event, remotely or occasionally on site, and stay calm when things get hectic.
  • You bring customer feedback into the product team in a structured way, helping to shape how the platform evolves.

What you bring

  • Experience in event management, project management or customer success, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, in writing and in conversation, including with international customers.
  • A feel for technology: you don't need to code, but you should grasp a SaaS platform quickly and explain it clearly.
  • A structured, reliable way of working, even when three events are heading toward go-live in parallel.
  • Occasional willingness to travel to your customers' events.

Nice to have, but not a must

  • Experience with trade shows, congresses or hosted buyer programs.
  • Additional languages, for example French or Spanish.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
