What is the Converve Certified Matchmaking Partner Program?

The Certified Matchmaking Partner Program is Converve's partner model for event agencies: agencies deploy the Converve matchmaking platform for their clients, with a 15-25% partner discount depending on tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum), training and certification, co-branding and dedicated support. The agency sets its own end-customer price and stays contractually non-exclusive.

Nothing, there is no program fee. Your tier depends solely on the number of Converve events you run per year, and you benefit from the partner discount from the very first event.

Am I exclusively tied to Converve?

No. The partnership is explicitly non-exclusive: you can keep using other tools wherever they fit your clients.

Who sets the price for my clients?

You do. You set your own end-customer price and keep the difference from partner pricing as margin. The partner pricing stays confidential.

Do I need technical know-how?

No. The product training takes two hours, after which you work with reusable templates. An event is set up in 48 hours, and your Partner Success Manager is there whenever you have questions.

How quickly can I start?

Onboarding takes four weeks: kickoff, product training, sales training. In week 4 we already plan your first pilot event together.

How long does the partnership run?

The partner agreement runs for 12 months and renews automatically. Each tier has a minimum number of events per year (Silver: 2, Gold: 5, Platinum: 10).
