How does matchmaking work on a delegation trip?

Delegation members and contacts in the target market are set up as their own categories and matched via offer and demand profiles. Before departure, pre-planned B2B meetings on site are fixed, multilingual with AI-powered DeepL translation, including a personal agenda for each participant.

Can we run the platform in our association's design?

Yes, fully white-label: your own colors, your own logo, your own domain with SSL certificate. To members the platform feels like an offering from the association, not like an external tool. Registration flows and emails carry your branding too.

How do we prove the value of the event to the board?

Is Converve GDPR-compliant and where does the member data sit?

Converve is a German company, ISO/IEC 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant; a data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. On request, hosting takes place entirely in Germany, and member data is never shared with third parties.

What is a 365-day community?

An optional extension of the event platform across the whole year: profiles, matching and messages stay active after the event, and new members keep joining. That turns the annual event into a lasting networking offer, and every follow-up event starts with filled-in profiles.

Do our members need an app from the app store?

No. Converve runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) right in the browser, on smartphone, tablet and desktop, with no download and no installation hurdle. Especially with diverse member structures, that significantly lowers the barrier to entry.
